To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging. On a rare occasion that your item is delivered to you damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will ship you a replacement immediately. You must send proof of damaged or defective items received. You will not be subject to a restocking fee or additional shipping charge.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Gift cards are non-returnable items.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of order fulfillment.
- Merchandise must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging
- All return orders will incur a restocking fee and a flat $8.99 return shipping & handling cost, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded if applicable (Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable)
- Once the return is processed, a shipping label will be generated. You will receive an estimated refund equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus the restocking fee percent & $8.99 flat rate return shipping & handling fee.
Upon return of items, you will be provided with a new packing slip listing the items you are sending back. Please make sure packing slip is included so we can process the refund timely. Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the shipping label you received with your original package.
- After your return is received and approved, in most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- In the event that an item is not approved for unsuitable conditions, you may be subjected to a store credit on your next purchase.
- Approved refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your returned items and items are approved for return.
- If any of the items being returned received a promotion or discount ( i.e. a percentage off, bogo discount, holiday discounts, free shipping, customer appreciation or subscribed promotion) the value of that promotion will be deducted from the refund
- Any merchandise marked "Clearance" is a final sale and cannot be returned.
- If the value of the merchandise you are returning is over $350, your return could be subject to additional restocking fee & return shipping fee.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
First contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to email we have on file.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
