HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Orders usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive, but are currently delayed due to COVID-19. Please see our shipping policy for more information.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We ship internationally for $6.99 USD, with some exceptions, which you can find in our shipping policy. Don't worry, if we can't ship to your country, you won't be able to complete checkout.
I ONLY GOT ONE OF THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER!
Don't panic! All of your items are on the way. To get your order into your room as quickly as possible, we often ship items in separate packages.
WILL COVID-19 AFFECT MY ORDER?
Due to COVID-19, our shipping is unfortunately delayed by an additional 1-2 weeks. However, your package is safe to open because we sanitize it after packaging. We are also temporarily unable to accept any returns due to health precautions. Thanks for being understanding!

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, just add items to your cart, then, after clicking the cart icon on the top right of any page, click "PAY NOW" to proceed to checkout. At checkout, you'll be asked for shipping and billing information, so that, when you're ready, you can complete your purchase.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No. Creating an account is optional, but recommended. With an account, you'll unlock extra features on our website, like managing your orders, gift cards, and wishlisted items.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
In order to get your order delivered as quickly as possible, we start processing your order immediately after it is placed. As a result, we cannot accept changes to your completed order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
AN ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK! WHEN WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?
Most of roombodi's items are restocked in a matter of weeks to months after they go out of stock. This is because our manufacturers need to create more of the item, then ship them to our supplier before roombodi can offer the item on our website. Thanks for being patient!
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
To track your order, use our tracking page, where you'll be asked to enter your order number and the email you used to place the order.
MY BEDDING SET/THROW PILLOWCASE ARRIVED FLAT, BUT IT LOOKS FULLER ONLINE. WHAT HAPPENED?
Bedding sets are pictured on roombodi's website with the duvet and pillow inserts already inside. You will need a separate duvet insert and sham pillow insert(s) to use your bedding set. Luckily, you can purchase inserts here.

ARE YOUR FABRICS FLAME-RESISTANT?
Our fabrics are not specially designed with fire retardant materials, so please exercise caution by not hanging fabrics, like tapestries, near hazards (including flames, heaters, and electric sockets).
